About me and my practice
Hello, I am Hasan and I am here to help you create the change you are looking for.
I know how daunting it can be to reach out for therapy. I have been there myself, searching for the right support. That is why I have made it my mission to create a space that feels safe, genuine, and empowering from the very first conversation.
How We Work Together:
My approach blends warmth and compassion with honesty and empathetic real-talk when you need it. I am trained in Transactional Analysis as my primary modality, which helps us to explore the patterns, relationships, and the choices that you make, empowering you to create meaningful change. I believe the therapeutic relationship is where real change happens. I am genuinely excited to hear about your experiences and deeply invested in witnessing the positive shifts you make in your life.
I work with people navigating stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, discrimination, and identity questions around culture, race, and sexuality. Together, we will unpack what is weighing on you, discover what you truly want, and build the confidence to achieve it.
I bring creative tools into our sessions such as gemstones, colours, drawings, and meditations, these are to help deepen reflection and make therapy feel more personal to you. These are available should you wish to use creative tools in your sessions with me.
Specialised Support for the Deaf Community:
With 12 years as a sign language interpreter and Level 6 British Sign Language proficiency, I provide fully accessible therapy for D/deaf individuals and those with hearing loss. You will be completely understood and cared for in every session.
How to Get Started:
I offer in-person sessions in Bexleyheath and online therapy throughout the UK.
